For the cake:
3 large eggs
1/2 cup demerara sugar or xylitol
1 cup whole or plant-based milk
1 cup of oat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar in the mixer or with a fouet (wire whisk) for 3 minutes, add the butter and milk and mix slowly, finally add the dry ingredients (leaving the yeast last) stirring gently so as not to lose the aeration, add the yeast and stir again. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour this dough in a 20 cm shape greased with butter and cocoa powder, bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
For the filling:
2 fake cond milk recipes
1 box of sour cream
2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 tray of large strawberries.
Method of preparation:
On low heat, stir the fake condensed milk + butter+milk cream+milk powder for approximately 10 minutes, wait to cool, cut the strawberries in half and mix with this stuffing, set aside.
With the cake already cold, cut the top and remove the excess dough from the middle, add the filling and put the top again. For the ganache: Melt 150 grams of chocolate in the microwave and mix with 50 ml of cream, pass in the cake and enjoy!
