Ingredients:
1 wrap of strawberry gelatin
1 envelope of grape jelly
1 envelope of raspberry gelatin
1 envelope of pineapple gelatin
Method of preparation:
Prepare the jellies according to packaging instructions. Place them in a square container with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
Cream Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 box of sour cream
1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml)
1 packet of colorless unflavored gelatin powder or 12 sheets of gelatin
Place the condensed milk, cream, coconut milk in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Now, hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and add it to the blender mixture and blend for another 1 minute.
Mosaic gelatin assembly:
Remove the jellies from the fridge and cut all the flavors into squares, the size you want.
Transfer all the flavors to a large container and then pour the cream from the blender.
Gently stir with the help of a spoon, just to mix the flavors and colors.
Transfer to a mold of your choice and take it to the fridge for at least 7 hours.
If you do it overnight, even better.
TIPS:
If using a pudding mold, grease it with a little oil, this makes it easier to unmold. Enjoy!
