Delicious pineapple pave
Material:
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
3 sifted egg yolks
4 tablespoons cornstarch
50 gr grated coconut for the cream
100 gr grated coconut for sprinkling
1 can of canned pineapple
1 small can of canned cherries
1 can of whey-free ice cream
3 egg whites beaten in the snow
4 tablespoons of sugar
300 gr cornstarch or milk biscuits
2 cups guarana for soaking cake (American type cup)
Preparation method:
Reserve 3 pineapple slices to garnish the pavé, cut the remaining pineapple into small pieces and set aside. In a heavy skillet, add milk, condensed milk, egg yolk, starch and coconut, mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it thickens and has a thick consistency.
Take a glass plate to assemble the pavé, put the guarana in a bowl to moisten the cake, on a plate put a layer of wet biscuits in the guarana and one of the creams
Repeat this process until you are done with the final cream. On top sprinkle chopped pineapple and books, in a mixer beat the whites in the snow, then with the mixer still add the sugar and beat until combined.
Remove from mixer and add cream, stirring gently until well combined.
Pour cream over pineapple, sprinkle grated coconut on top, refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Slice in the corner of the plate in the cherry slice holder. Place a whole piece in the center of the pavé and cherries inside, serve next.

Tip: You can use champagne wafers. You can dip the cake in the pineapple syrup. Enjoy!
