Dough Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 heaping tablespoon of yeast
Roof:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 to 5 bananas
Preparation mode Coverage:
Pour the sugar into a round shape with a central hole and heat until completely melted. Soon after, slice the bananas and arrange over the caramelized sugar.
Pasta:
Beat the egg whites and set aside. In another dish, beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar. Add the flour, milk, salt and yeast.
Finally, mix the egg whites and continue beating. Pour the dough into the caramelized form with the sliced bananas. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
