INGREDIENTS:
- 9 tablespoons of chocolate or chocolate powder (I used Toddy) (you can also use Nescau)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of sour cream
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder (12g)
- 100 ml of warm water
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In the blender, add the condensed milk, the cream and the chocolate powder. Let beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Reserve.
Melt the unflavored gelatin powder in the lukewarm water, stirring well to avoid lumps. Pour the gelatin into the blender and blend for another 1 minute.
Transfer the contents to a platter or individual bowls and refrigerate for 3 hours.
When serving, decorate with sprinkles or fruit, it's divine. Enjoy!
